Train the Trainers: Empowering our Canvas LMS Administrators with Individualized Learning for Online Education

As the world of education continues to evolve, so does the need for online learning management systems (LMS) that can accommodate the diverse needs of learners. In the coming months, FEU Group of Schools (Tech, Diliman and Alabang) will be implementing an individualized learning approach through the Canvas platform. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that all our Canvas LMS administrators are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the platform effectively.

In preparation for the implementation of individualized learning, I conducted a "train the trainers" session for all of our Canvas administrators. During the training, our administrators learned about the different tools and features available in the Canvas LMS platform, especially the Mastery Path. They also learned how to use other tools to create an engaging and interactive learning environment for our students.

With the completion of this training, our administrators can now guide our stakeholders on the proper use of Canvas LMS, ensuring a seamless transition to individualized learning. Our educators can now create customized learning experiences tailored to the needs and abilities of each student, while our students can learn at their own pace and style.

We are confident that this training will have a positive impact on our online education, providing a more personalized and effective learning experience for our students. We thank all our administrators for their dedication and commitment to the success of our online education program.
