Roundtable Discussion: Government-Industry-Academe Collaborative Approach Toward Innovation

I am thrilled to announce that I have been invited to participate as a speaker in the upcoming "Roundtable Discussion: Government-Industry-Academe Collaborative Approach Toward Innovation" organized by the FEU Tech Innovation Center (FTIC). This event is part of the FTIC Launch Cohort 1 Demo Day happening on March 25, 2023, which will be held at the 5th Floor Innovation Center, FEU Engineering Building.

This event will bring together experts from government, industry, and academia to discuss the crucial role of collaboration in driving innovation and growth in today's rapidly evolving economy. It will be participated by Dr. Florante D. Poso, Jr. (Program Director of Civil Engineering, FEU Institute of Technology), Mr. Dave Del Rosario (Head of Operations, Ideaspace - QBO), Ms. Meg Rianne Bautista (Associate Manager, Accenture Philippines), Ms. Rogerine Miguel-Irvine (Chief for Strategic Policy Innovations, National Economic and Development Authority), and yours truly.

During the roundtable, I will be sharing my insights on the challenges I faced, as the director of the Educational Innovation and Technology Hub, in commercializing existing innovation projects. I will also emphasize the necessity to optimize collaboration between academia and industry. I look forward to engaging with other participants and learning from their perspectives and experiences as well.

I believe that this event is a crucial opportunity to foster greater understanding and cooperation between different sectors and to drive real-world solutions to the challenges we face.
